By purchasing a product, you automatically accept the following conditions. We therefore recommend that you read the terms thoroughly before shopping. For further questions, please contact customercare@collagetheshop.com.



We ship all items as package mail, which allows tracking of the package if problems arise. The packages are insured during the shipment and upon received; please check the contents of the package. If the package and / or contents are damaged when you receive it, you must report it to the shipping company immediately or no later than 2 days after receiving the goods and return the item to us subsequently.


Your rights

You are entitled at any time to know what personal information we have registered about you. You have the right to, at any time, receive a copy of the personal data that we hold about you and information about the processing. You will receive it within reasonable time. If your information is incorrect, incomplete or irrelevant, you may want to have them corrected or deleted. We will delete all information that we’re not required to save by law. You may revoke your permission at any time that we use your data for marketing purposes. You can contact us by sending an e-mail to customercare@collagetheshop.com.



All shipments are sent as an insured shipping item through GLS.  Upon dispatch, you will receive a track & trace shipping number, so you can follow your package

We offer free shipping on all orders above 500 DKK

Home delivery 65 DKK
Shop delivery 45 DKK


Delivery Time




You have the right to cancel your order within 14 days - also on sales items - valid from the day you receive your items. Collage the Shop offers free return. Please contact customercare@collagetheshop.com before returning the product. The goods must be returned unused and with the receipt, the Collage the Shop tag and designer garment tags still attached. Returns that are damaged or missing tags will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer and/or a refund refuse. In this case the customer pays for the return of the goods. 

Once we have received the item and approved the return, we will transfer the purchase amount to your account as soon as possible. We will only refund for the credit card with which the goods have been purchased.



All goods are subject to the purchase law rules for 24 months' right of complaint. The right of claim means that you as a customer can complain about defects in the item that has occurred within 24 months of the purchase. The warranty does not cover when faults, damage or wear occurs due to improper use, lack of maintenance or general wear and tear.

In case of complaint, defects or missing deliveries please contact the store. We do not cover the shipping costs that may be in connection with a complaint.



You can pay by debit card like Dankort, VISA / Dankort and EURO / MASTERCARD. The amount is initially deducted from your account when the goods are shipped from our store. All prices are listed in local currency and are including 25% VAT.


Customs & VAT

25% VAT is charged on all items.


Consumer Protection

We work and act under the guidelines and laws made by the Danish Consumer Agency.


Customer Service

We will do every effort to assist in any situation. If we can’t meet your wishes immediately, we will investigate the matter and return with a solution as soon as possible. Always remember to enter your invoice number or your order number so we can quickly find your order.
